Check in 7:30 – 8:10 am
Opening Assembly at 8:10 am
Morning Session 8:30 am – 11:30 am
Lunch 11:30 am – 12:30 pm
Afternoon Session 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm)
CONCESSION STAND
There will be a concession stand run by Troop 124 as a troop fundraiser
that will be open for the duration of the event.
Items will include donuts, a variety of snacks, and canned drinks.

SM/ASM Leader Specific Training 8:30-1:30
With break for lunch
Youth Protection Training 1:30-3:30
MIDWAY
Plans are being made to have info available for scouts and adult
leaders to learn about upcoming events and Scouting programs

during our Merit Badge Day!
