Are the property of the Council and are confidential, and only the review-board members and those officials with specific need may see them. They are not to be viewed by or returned to the Scout. Reference Guide to Advancement Section: 9.0.1.7
Eagle Scout Application (Step prior to having an Eagle Board of Review)
A copy should be made of the application; service project workbook; the Scout’s statement of ambitions and life purpose; and listing of positions, honors, and awards. Once copies are in safekeeping, the originals should be delivered promptly to the council service center. Once all paperwork has been verified by BSA, you will be contacted to schedule your Eagle Board of Review.
