There is no limit to the amount of training a scout leader can receive. there is no substitute that can provide first hand experiences than sharing with other leaders. round-table is a great resource.
Joining Courses
These courses are required for to become registered leaders and must be retaken every two years to maintain registration. A login is required, but anyone may create a user account and view the courses. Registered members of the BSA may provide their member numbers (as part of the user profile) to receive credit. my.scouting.org
